Introductory call
The first conversation is free. If you cannot attend, please send notice so the time can be released or moved.
Separately booked work
Any paid coaching package has its own written scope, price and cancellation terms. Those agreed terms govern the engagement.
Rescheduling
Where possible, request a change at least 24 hours before a session. Late changes and missed sessions may be treated differently where reserved preparation time cannot be recovered.
Refund review
If a refund question arises, email [email protected]. We review the written agreement, work already completed and any unused sessions.
